Networking with other actors and developing partnerships in the community aims to introduce and link the project with other actors who may come into contact with addicts or who may be able to help in the rehabilitation process. In addition, the aim of the action is to meet and connect with other health professionals and to inform them about the operation of the programme and the assistance paradigm it follows.

Networking with other actors and developing partnerships in the community is not a technical and formal process. On the contrary, this action is governed by a logic of substantial and close cooperation, on the one hand because the people to whom the programme is addressed have multiple needs, for the satisfaction of which cooperation and interconnection with other services is necessary, and on the other hand, because the implementation of actions in the local community is inextricably linked to the deepening of relations with other institutions and services through the implementation of joint actions and the creation of wider networks. Finally, this action, at the beginning of a project, aims to get to know the local community and to inform institutions, services and associations about how the project works.
